The Farm counts more than 400 cattle beef, twenty pigs, and numerous farmyard animals. The animals are strictly kept with cow's milk and fed with feed produced mainly in the farm, which spans 65 hectares. The veal calves are slaughtered at the age of 14 or 15 months and they derived from crosses of a limousine, with bulls of valuable varieties, Piemontese and Belgian Blue. Calves born from these crosses have a lower tonnage but the meat is more tasty and precious.
In our shop we sell quality meat, sausages, cheese and cottage cheese, T-Bone Steaks, Bolognese Sauce, Filled Pasta and Jam Home made.
